Fonthaus offers over 15,000 impressive fonts from 15 collections including ITC, Agfa, E+F, Adobe and MVB. They also offer some of their own designs. They provide most fonts in at least three formats including PostScript, Windows and OpenType.
However, they do not offer custom fonts or conversion or editor tools.

Ease of Use:

The site is easy to navigate and hosts a nice homepage, which features subjects such as "Featured Type Family", "Type Value" and "Have You Seen.?" All font searches produce results that display icons next to the font, which quickly relates what format is available for a particular font.

Feature Set:

Fonthaus.com offers a variety of products for designers including fonts, royalty-free stock photos, illustrations and clip art. They also offer 'family packs', which include several fonts at a cost-effective price. If you are uncomfortable ordering online, you can print a catalog from a PDF file and submit your order by fax.

Fonts are available in PostScript Windows and Mac, TrueType and OpenType font formats and can be purchased individually, in 'families', 'packages' or 'libraries'. Fonthaus offers a large selection of fonts at less than $10/ea and one free font per month with an online order.

Search options include search by font name, supplier, category and style or weights.

Ease of Download:

We did not encounter any problems or errors while downloading the fonts.

Available Tools:

Other than a few account management tools, we could not find any other tools supported through this site.

Help/Support:

For customer support, they host an email form to contact them with or a mailing address. There is also an online form for technical support, they post that most technical support questions receive responses in less than 30 minutes during business hours.

Summary:

Fonthaus offers many attractive and stylish fonts from some exclusive collections. They also offer these fonts in a variety of popular formats and many of them at extremely reasonable prices.
