Ease of Use:  

The site is easy to navigate. The home page has links such as "Top 5 Links", "Fonts of the Moment" and "Top Downloaded". The search feature quickly finds desired fonts.

Feature Set:  

HighFont offers a good selection of free fonts as well as fonts for purchase. However, they do not offer font groups on CD or personal fonts. They only offer fonts in TrueType format, which is not compatible with Macintosh computers.

Ease of Download:  

We did not incur any problems during the font download process.

Available Tools:  

HighFonts offers a free Font Manager tool; however, we could not find any other tools.

Help/Support:  

Customer support only offers an email address to contact the company. They do post a FAQ section but it only answers a few questions.

HighFonts offers an ample selection of font designs from many artists. Two great additions their service could benefit from are custom and OpenType fonts.
